By accessing or using Timice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Timice is a comprehensive time management application that provides various productivity tools and features.

• World Clock - Track time across multiple time zones
• Timer - Focus sessions with customizable durations
• Alarms - Smart scheduling and recurring alarms
• Stopwatch - Precision timing with lap tracking
• Countdown - Track important dates and events
• Dashboard - Productivity analytics and insights

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Timice offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features.

• Billing occurs at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We may change prices with 30 days notice; continued use constitutes acceptance

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Timice, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by Timice or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

• Use the Service for any illegal activities
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
